Inside Rolls-Royce, Channel 4

Following a brand strategy discussion, it was decided that Rolls-Royce needs to do more to remove any sense of remoteness amongst the British and global public. Key to this was showcasing the extraordinary craft and restless strive for perfection that goes into the creation of its cars. This would be central form pivoting mass perception from elitist brand for the 1% to status as global ambassador for British manufacturing excellence. 

Over a period of a year, I therefore embarked on the creation of a Channel 4 documentary. Filmed over hundreds of hours and with every frame supervised by me, the result is a fascinating portrayal of the creation of the now legendary Phantom Celestial, a motor car that served to show to the public at large the remarkable depth of skill and creativity that exists within the contemporary Rolls-Royce brand. 

The film was the most successful broadcast within its timeslot and has since been sold globally, leading to a significant increase in showroom traffic and standing as a potent awareness builder for a key launch featured in the documentary.
